Description

!preferences - Shows the preferences interface.

It allows bot users to choose the value of their wanted preferences for modules offering some.

Example of modules offering such : mail, massmsg, news, autoinv ...

NB : some preferences require to add user in notify list, which should be automatically done.

Please note only the admin(s) can change the Default value (which applies everyone unless customized user value).
