Description

Allows Owner to set/get the bot's global debug setting in /tell

Commands provided

NB : once debug is on, bot will spam more details in window & log binary packets into its log folder as aoc-debug-Y-m-d-His.bin

Settings

Verbose: Sets the debugger verbosity mode on/off.
