Land Control Areas

!lc - Shows all Land Control Areas with a link to each area.

!lc [area] - Shows all towersites in given area.

!lc [QL] - Shows all towersites around given QL.

!hot - Shows all Hot Notum Fields.

!hot [QL] - Shows Hot Notum Fields around given QL.

!plant - Shows towersites currently available to be planted.

Sidenote: output infos are enriched by Nady's API.
