Preferences
Description
!preferences - Shows the preferences interface.
It allows bot users to choose the value of their wanted preferences for modules offering some. Example of modules offering such : mail, massmsg, news, autoinv ...
Please note only the admin(s) can change the Default value (which applies everyone unless customized user value).
